This Terms of Use agreement governs the legally binding commercial and legal relationship between Vartt ("Company", "Platform", "We") and visitors, buyers and store owners who use Vartt.com and Community.vartt.com infrastructures ("Seller", "User", "You"). Registering on the platform or using our services means that you irrevocably accept all the terms in this document.
Vartt platform is currently in the Open Beta Test phase. Our services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without any express or implied warranties. Vartt; Under no circumstances can we be held legally or financially responsible for any direct or indirect commercial damages, loss of profits or reputational damage arising from possible server outages, cyber attacks, data losses, software errors (bugs) or inability to use the platform during the beta period.
Vartt works integrated with industry leaders to provide uninterrupted service at global standards. The hosting and server services of our platform are built on Vercel Inc., the database and background architecture is Supabase, and the financial payment gateways are built on the PCI-DSS Level 1 security certified Stripe infrastructure. Vartt cannot be held legally responsible for any global outages or service interruptions that may occur in the systems of these third-party infrastructure providers.
Vartt is an intermediary platform (Marketplace/SaaS infrastructure provider).
Legal Liability: Sellers are completely and solely responsible for the legality, copyright, taxation, invoicing and return processes of the products they display in their stores.
Disputes: Vartt is not a party to, and has no obligation to arbitrate, commercial, legal or logistical disputes between buyer and seller.
Right of Sanction: Vartt unilaterally reserves the right to permanently delete, freeze or report to judicial authorities, without prior notice, any store or user account that violates the platform rules, sells illegal/prohibited products or manipulates the system.
The codes, design, algorithms, logos of the Vartt platform and all copyrights of the "Vartt" brand belong to our Company and cannot be copied or reverse engineered. Although the ownership of the contents uploaded by the users to the platform belongs to the users, the users are deemed to have granted a global, royalty-free and transferable license for Vartt to use these contents in marketing, search index (SEO) and in-platform display activities.
